Our balsamic vinegar is made from the mixture of high acidity level vinegar and high density apple syrup. Balsamic vinegar is considered the queen of vinegars. Our orchards are located in the foothills of Syunik, at an altitude of almost 2,000 meters above sea level. The modern apple trees imported from leading European companies fully integrate into the Armenian nature; fully absorb the Armenian water and sun by turning it into an exceptional fruit. Only healthy fruit is used for vinegar production.
